Our team will review your application and provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Please pack the item properly and return it to us using a trackable logistics service. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refund After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
